Syensqo seeks a senior HR M&A Reward & Job Evaluation Partner to lead the Reward workstream across mergers, acquisitions and divestments. You will drive due diligence, closing, integration and ensure consistent job evaluation and grading across the organisation.

The role collaborates with HR, business and transaction stakeholders to identify reward risks, enable sound deal decisions and integrate roles into the company framework. The primary location is the UK, with smart working flexibility.

Competenze

• Strong Reward experience including compensation and incentive design.
• Experience supporting M&A, divestments or large integrations.
• Knowledge of job evaluation, grading methodologies and job architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with compensation data.
• Structured project-management approach for multiple workstreams.

Mansioni

• Coordinate Reward activity across acquisitions, mergers and divestments, due diligence and post-close integration.
• Assess compensation, incentive and related Reward arrangements for transaction decisions.
• Design and deliver Reward integration plans including role evaluation and salary positioning.
• Support enterprise job evaluation and grading with robust analyses.
• Prepare materials for grading committees and ensure evidence-based grades.
