Job summary

Roche is seeking a Reward Partner to join our People & Culture team at the Italian HQ in Monza. You will collaborate with business leaders to shape advanced compensation programs and ensure alignment with global and local guidelines.

Responsibilities include designing and communicating rewards policies, mentoring Reward Analysts, and driving improvements within global and local squads. Italian and English fluency is mandatory for this multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in compensation within multinational environments.
• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and P&C Business Partners on advanced compensation and benefits topics.
• Design, implement, manage and communicate innovative rewards programs and policies.
• Monitor compliance, regulatory environment and best practices related to rewards.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to Reward Analysts within PSS.
• Drive practice enhancements through participation in global/local project squads.
• Ensure governance of spine topics and maintain global alignment.
• Be a member of the PR&R chapter and contribute to process improvements.
