Job summary

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders on advanced compensation and benefits topics.
• Design, implement, manage and communicate rewards programs and policies.
• Monitor compliance with local and global guidelines for rewards.
• Provide coaching to Reward Analysts within PSS on policy interpretation.
• Drive improvements through global and local project work.
• Govern spine topics and maintain global alignment.
