Job summary

Moncler in Milan is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead the boutique's operational backbone. You will oversee returns, exchanges, and service excellence while driving efficiency, inventory control, and team performance to maximize sales and client experience.

The role requires managerial experience in luxury retail, a strong digital mindset, and expertise in payment and inventory systems. On-site opportunity with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial role within luxury or retail environments.
• Degree or specialization in retail management, financial operations, after-sales service, or CRM is appreciated.
• Strong expertise in inventory management.
• Proven team leadership, recruitment, and talent development capabilities.
• Fluent in the local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong digital mindset with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using payment and inventory management systems.
• Motivated to grow and develop within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional after-sales service by handling returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize results and ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and continuously improve processes for efficient workflows.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and supply management.
• Manage Back of House: shipments, stock control, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Coordinate team efforts, assign responsibilities, and drive collaboration to meet objectives.
• Ensure all equipment and IT tools essential to boutique performance are functioning properly.
