Job summary

TOTEME is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our new Milan store. You will lead the team, drive commercial performance and deliver an elevated client experience from opening onwards.

You will oversee all aspects of the store, including sales, clienteling, operations, visual merchandising, budgeting, staffing, and reporting, ensuring collaboration with the Buying team and a focus on luxury service and brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Five years of store management experience in luxury retail.
• Experience leading a team and developing staff.
• Experience in omnichannel environments and CRM.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Drive sales targets, KPIs and store performance.
• Recruit, lead, coach and develop the store team.
• Plan budgets, stock and visual merchandising.
• Oversee operations, reporting and procedures.
• Support store policies and sustainability initiatives.
