Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Department Manager for Leccio The Mall Outlet to lead a team of about 40 colleagues and support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success in Florence.

The role combines operational excellence, people leadership and client engagement, with responsibilities across stock management, visual presentation and service standards, and using data to identify growth opportunities.

We are hiring a Department Manager to play a key leadership role within our retail team, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success. In a store of approximately 40 colleagues including BOH and FOH, you will create an environment where people can perform at their best, grow their capabilities, and bring Burberry's values to life every day.
