Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with retail POS systems.
• Strong conflict resolution skills for customer scenarios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Familiarity with Apple devices and digital tools to enhance service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop sales associates by enhancing selling skills and closing sales to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive category sales and train the team.
• Foster a customer-centric culture embodying the Burberry Experience on the sales floor.
• Manage customer flow to provide seamless service and maintain standards.
• Encourage teamwork among sales, specialists, stock and operations.
• Coach the team in real-time and post-transaction to reinforce successes.
• Support talent development with performance reviews and development plans.
• Lead onboarding and integration for new team members.
• Model the Burberry Experience by engaging with customers and leading by example.
• Partner with Training to reinforce key elements via role-play and coaching.
• Resolve complex customer concerns and escalate as needed.
• In the absence of management, manage post-voids, discounts, and employee sales per procedures.
• Promote and drive the digital customer experience using Apple devices.
• Maintain understanding of policies and standards to implement best practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive work atmosphere fostering collaboration.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and security of premises.
• Carry out other duties to support store success and Burberry standards.
