Maison Margiela is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lombardy to support the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring flawless store operations and CRM-driven clienteling.

The role requires proven experience in luxury fashion retail, strong leadership, and a commercial mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into practical actions.
