Buccellati is seeking a proactive Junior Stock Administrator in Lombardia to support back-office operations and stock management in the luxury jewellery sector. You will help with counts, reconciliations, stock controls, and stock rebalancing to ensure product availability.

The role involves handling receipts and dispatches, ensuring procedural accuracy, and contributing to SAP-based process improvements. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus fluency in Italian and English, are

Mansioni

• Support all inventory management operations, including counts, reconciliations, and stock controls.
• Assist in stock rebalancing activities to optimize product availability.
• Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of back-office processes on SAP.
• Ensure meticulous care and organization of products within the stockroom.
• Collaborate closely with the back office team to maintain high operational standards.
• Manage and verify daily sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with administration procedures.
• Collaborate with the HQ finance team to ensure accurate processing of all transactions and invoices.
