Buccellati in Milano seeks a proactive Junior Stock Administrator to support back-office operations, ensure efficient stock management, and assist in stock rebalancing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support all inventory management operations, including counts, reconciliations, and stock controls.
• Assist in stock rebalancing activities to optimize product availability.
• Manage receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of back-office processes on SAP.
• Ensure meticulous care and organization of products within the stockroom.
• Collaborate closely with the back office team to maintain high operational standards.
• Manage and verify daily sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with administration procedures.
• Collaborate with the HQ finance team to ensure accurate processing of all transactions and invoices.

YOUR MISSION:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Stock Administrator to join our dedicated team at Buccellati. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to gain valuable experience in the luxury jewellery sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our back-office operations, ensuring efficient stock management and contributing to the smooth running of our boutique.
