Job summary

Buccellati, part of Richemont, is seeking a proactive Junior Stock Administrator to support back-office operations in the luxury jewellery sector. You will assist in inventory controls, stock movements, and SAP-driven processes to ensure top-tier operational standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Italian and English, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration with the HQ finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock/reconciliation and inventory controls.
• Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management operations, counts, reconciliations, and stock controls.
• Assist in stock rebalancing to optimize product availability.
• Manage receipt and dispatch of goods with accurate procedures.
• Contribute to back-office processes and SAP optimization.
• Ensure meticulous care and organization of products in the stockroom.
• Collaborate with back office and HQ finance to verify transactions and invoices.
