Job summary

Buccellati is seeking a proactive Junior Stock Administrator to join our team. This role supports back-office operations, ensuring efficient stock management and accurate receipt/dispatch of goods in a luxury jewellery environment.

You'll contribute to stock counting, rebalancing, and SAP-backed processes, while collaborating with the HQ finance team to ensure precise transaction documentation. Fluency in Italian and English is required for daily operations.

• Support all inventory management operations, including counts, reconciliations, and stock controls.
• Assist in stock rebalancing activities to optimize product availability.
• Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of back-office processes on SAP.
• Ensure meticulous care and organization of products within the stockroom.
• Collaborate closely with the back office team to maintain high operational standards.
• Manage and verify daily sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with administration procedures.
• Collaborate with the HQ finance team to ensure accurate processing of all transactions and invoices.
