Buccellati, the Italian luxury jewellery Maison within Richemont, seeks a proactive Junior Stock Administrator to support back-office stock operations and ensure accurate inventory handling. You will contribute to stock counts, dispatch/receipts, and SAP-driven processes while maintaining meticulous organization of the stockroom.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Stock management experience in boutique or back office.
• Proficient with SAP or similar ERP.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Support inventory counts, reconciliations and stock controls.
• Assist in stock rebalancing to optimize availability.
• Receive/dispatch goods with accuracy and procedures.
• Contribute to back-office SAP process optimization.
• Ensure organized stockroom and cross-team collaboration.

YOUR MISSION:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Stock Administrator to join our dedicated team at Buccellati. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to gain valuable experience in the luxury jewellery sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our back-office operations, ensuring efficient stock management and contributing to the smooth running of our boutique.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Support all inventory management operations, including counts, reconciliations, and stock controls.
• Assist in stock rebalancing activities to optimize product availability.
• Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of back-office processes on SAP.
• Ensure meticulous care and organization of products within the stockroom.
• Collaborate closely with the back office team to maintain high operational standards.
• Manage and verify daily sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with administration procedures.
• Collaborate with the HQ finance team to ensure accurate processing of all transactions and invoices.
