Mandarin Oriental, Rome is seeking a Director of Spa & Wellness to lead all Spa, Wellness and Fitness operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager and Group Director of Spa & Wellness, you will drive strategy, people development and commercial initiatives while upholding the brand’s luxury standards and service philosophy.
Competenze
- Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience within luxury Spa & Wellness operations.
- Proven track record in driving spa profitability, revenue growth and budget management.
- Strong understanding of luxury wellness trends, products and guest expectations.
- Exceptional leadership and people development capabilities.
Mansioni
- Lead and oversee all Spa, Wellness and Fitness operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence across all guest touchpoints.
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, revenue management and cost control.
- Develop and execute strategic plans and campaigns to maximise profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and PR to create impactful wellness programmes and events.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and guest experiences.
