Mandarin Oriental, Rome is recruiting an Assistant Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market share in luxury segments across domestic and international markets. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the role will lead the sales team, cultivate key relationships, and align with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to deliver the hotel's commercial strategy.

• Senior sales or sales management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English; Italian and other languages advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across luxury segments.
• Lead the sales team and support the Director of Sales in implementing the hotel’s commercial strategy.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and actions.
• Plan and participate in sales calls, client meetings, and hosted events.
• Represent Mandarin Oriental, Rome at industry events and with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to achieve objectives.
