Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Wellness related field.
• 5–7 years of luxury Spa operations experience.
• 2–3 years in a leadership role in a five‑star hotel or resort.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Spa, Fitness and Wellness operations to maintain luxury standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs, policies and manuals.
• Recruit, onboard and train Spa team; foster luxury service culture.
• Drive revenue through budgeting, forecasting, pricing and cost control.
• Collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Sales and Marketing for integrated guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards.
