Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Rome is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales team, drive revenue production, and align strategies with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations and other departments to deliver exceptional business results.

In this luxury hospitality leadership role, you will develop key accounts, manage client relationships, and represent the hotel at industry events, ensuring brand standards and commercial objectives are met while guiding teams through market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue production and market share growth for Mandarin Oriental, Rome.
• Lead the hotel’s sales team and collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations and other departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, luxury travel agencies, corporate clients and event planners.
