Six Senses Rome is seeking a Guest Service Desk Agent (SPA) - Stage to support the spa reception and guest relations. You will assist with daily operations, manage bookings for the next day, and maintain a spotless front-of-house environment while ensuring retail is presented per Six Senses standards.

Fluency in Italian and English, a high school diploma, and hospitality exposure are required. The role is based in Rome, with a monthly gross reimbursement of €800.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Eligible to work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Check and assist with daily spa reception setup.
• Manage bookings and appointment cards for the following day.
• Maintain reception cleanliness and hygiene in front-of-house areas.
• Ensure retail is offered and presented per standards.
• Answer phone and email communications.
• Adhere to Six Senses guidelines and standards.
• Follow LQA standards and guest comments.
