Six Senses Rome is seeking a Concierge Host to deliver personalized luxury guest experiences and help guests reconnect with themselves, others and the world.

As Concierge Host you will respond to guest requests, coordinate services, assist with transfers, plan activities, and uphold Six Senses standards while promoting brand initiatives.

Fluent in English and Italian with EU work permit; annual gross salary range: €24.000 - €27.000.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year in a hotel setting; hospitality degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM).
• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Respond to guest requests and add personal touches to maximize satisfaction.
• Accommodate special requests and handle packages, faxes, messages, and mail.
• Assist guests with inquiries about resort services, hours, personnel, events, and directions.
• Coordinate transfers with departments when needed.
• Plan and arrange activities for guests during their stay.
• Maintain Six Senses guidelines and uphold LQA and service standards.
