Six Senses Rome is seeking a Guest Service Desk Agent to oversee daily spa reception operations and guest bookings with a focus on warmth and luxury service.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, have at least 1 year in luxury spas, and hold an EU work permit. The position requires a strong customer focus and professionalism in a high-end environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year experience in luxury spas/health clubs with references.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• EU Work permit.

Mansioni

• Check and assist with daily spa reception operations per Six Senses standards.
• Make and reconfirm guest bookings and manage appointments/schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the reception and front-of-house areas.
• Replace towels and amenities in spa common areas as needed.
• Ensure retail is offered and set up per standards.
• Answer telephone and email communications.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and service standards; meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Guest Service Desk Agent As Guest Service Desk Agent, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Check and assist with the setup of daily operations of the spa reception according to Six Senses Spa standards.
• Make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings and manage appointment cards or appointment schedules for the following day.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and spa concentrating on front of house areas.
• Remove and replace towels and amenities in the spa common areas (included wet areas) as needed.
• Ensure retail is offered appropriately to the guests and retail area is set up as per standards.
• Answer the telephone and email communications.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications & Salary Range

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven references. Hospitality diploma/degreefrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I keep myself updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Knowledge of additional languages is prefere
• EU Work permit
• Annual Gross Salary Range: € 19.000 - € 22.500
