Auberge Collection in Florence is seeking a Bartender for a Seasonal, full-time role at the luxurious hilltop retreat. You will craft cocktails, engage guests, and contribute to a memorable bar experience in a world-class setting.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar environment, fluency in English, and a passion for beverage culture. Evening/weekend hours are expected, with a 14-month salary arrangement of up to €25,500 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender or similar in a luxury hotel, upscale bar, or fine-dining environment.
• A genuine passion for beverage culture, creativity, and delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Ability to prepare beverages consistently while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to established recipes and property standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, flavour profiles, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality in every drink.
• Contribute creativity and expertise to the preparation of signature cocktails and seasonal beverage offerings.
• Ensure all beverages are presented with precision, care, and attention to detail.
• Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, genuine, and professional manner, creating a welcoming and memorable bar experience.
• Anticipate guest preferences and provide thoughtful recommendations based on individual tastes and occasions.
