Job summary

Auberge Collection's Collegio alla Querce in Florence is seeking a Pool Attendant for the seasonal program. You will welcome guests to the pool area and provide general Food & Beverage service while maintaining a pristine, elegant environment.

The role requires at least one year in hospitality, English fluency, and a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. Compensation is up to €24,500 gross per year (14 months) with full-time, seasonal duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Food & Beverage service to guests in lounges and cabanas and serve drinks and food promptly.
• Facilitate guest dining by taking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and inputting orders into the POS.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and organization and build genuine guest connections for a memorable experience.
