Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication to engage guests.
• Proficiency in bartending and food & beverage service.
• Reliable cash handling and ability to reconcile daily transactions.
• Experience in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/stock supplies.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English and Italian; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and recommend drinks.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Set up and close the bar; stock and rotate inventory.
• Handle cash and payments accurately; reconcile transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Collaborate with the food & beverage team and support events.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere aligned with venue standards.
