Hermès Italie is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome clients and deliver a memorable luxury shopping experience, sharing brand history and craftsmanship.

You will advise across categories, build lasting client relationships, and use Excel and IT tools. Italian and English fluency is required; fashion/linguistic studies are a plus.

Permanent contract, full-time hours, with starting salary around €28,000 and incentive possibilities.

Qualificações

• Experience in direct client sales, preferably in a luxury boutique.
• Fluency in Italian and English; third language advantageous.
• Proficient with Excel/IT tools; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and support customers across product categories to satisfy needs and deliver omnichannel experience.
• Tell the brand story and craftsmanship to develop client relationships and sales.
• Collect and update client data following privacy policy; participate in events when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge, prices, and stock availability.
