Hermès Italie seeks a Welcomist Intern to deliver an exceptional client experience in a luxury fashion retail environment. You will learn how a major store operates daily, greet customers, and support scheduling and client visits while collaborating with Sales Associates and Operations teams.

Ideal candidates hold a linguistics or fashion/luxury degree, speak Italian and English fluently, and are proficient with Excel and IT tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients with a warm greeting.
• Build relationships to discover client needs and wishes.
• Talk to clients while they wait for the Sales Associate.
