Hermès Italie in Milan is seeking a Welcomist Intern to deliver exceptional client experiences in a busy luxury store. You will quickly learn the rhythms of a leading fashion house and how a flagship outlet operates daily.

The role emphasizes warmth, relationship-building, and teamwork; fluency in Italian and English is required, and a third language is a plus. A degree in linguistics or fashion/luxury is preferred, with proficiency in Excel and standard IT tools.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting.
• Build relationships to discover clients’ needs and wishes.
• Talk to clients while they wait to be with the Sales Associate for their métier.
• Manage customer queues through a dedicated app on Hermès devices.
• Support the Sales Associates by scheduling appointments and customer visits.
• Coordinate with Operations for online, after-sales service and reservations.
