Hermès Milano is seeking a Senior Cashier to ensure and support all cashiering and accounting activities while delivering the most memorable boutique experience for every client.

You will open and close the till, process payments, assist clients at checkout, handle tax refunds for foreign guests, and support back-office operations. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with 3–5 years in luxury retail.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
• 3–5 years of similar cashiering/retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Proficient with Excel/PowerPoint and IT tools.

Mansioni

• Open/close cash register and manage payments accurately.
• Assist clients during purchase completion and handle tax refund procedures.
• Record sales, setup till, and support back-office operations.
• Keep data entry compliant with privacy policy and company procedures.
