Fluent Italian and English are required. Experience in luxury retail is a plus, and willingness to relocate within Italy is valued.

• Act with the client and their experience in mind, knowing client desires and expectations.
• Welcome and assist each client with an excellent in-store experience.
• Tell brand stories and ask engaging questions.
• Build long-term authentic bonds with clients through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
• Handle complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Lead on the selling floor to drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate across departments to maximize sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and maintain high shop floor standards.
