Diesel in Rinascente Milano is seeking a Part Time Client Advisor to connect with clients, create customized luxury shopping experiences, and drive store performance.

You will welcome clients, build relationships, and tell compelling brand stories while maintaining high standards of service and product knowledge. The role offers growth opportunities within Diesel and the OTB group, plus employee discounts and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
• Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Aufgaben

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
• Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
