Louis Vuitton is offering a Manager in Training (MIT) program in Italy with four rotations: Client Advisor, Retail Excellence, Headquarters Immersion and Management Journey. The program requires relocation, strong Italian and English, and experience in retail or related fields.

You will lead sales on the floor, mentor teammates, and participate in a diverse set of projects. The path develops leadership and client relationship skills through hands-on roles across multiple locations and a Head

Competenze

• Open to local and international relocation (mandatory).
• Proficient in Italian and English.
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Services or Airlines.

• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories.
• Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership.
• Ensure business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
• Engage with Clients long-term relationships and clienteling operations.
• Assist Management in daily clienteling operations.
• Support other Client Advisors when needed.
• Manage and motivate teams during HQ Immersion and Management Journey.
