Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Retail Trainee to join our Cartier South-East Europe boutique team in Tivoli, Italy. You will support the boutique with daily operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience from arrival to departure.

You will welcome clients, assist with appointments, manage traffic, and coordinate with Sales Associates and other staff. Fluent English and Italian are preferred, and previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment, contributing to an exceptional client journey from arrival to departure.
• Welcome and orient clients within the boutique, managing traffic and waiting times.
• Inform clients about waiting times and ensure smooth handover to the first available Sales Associate.
• Support boutique appointments and client flow.
• Offer hospitality services and ensure clients are comfortable while waiting.
• Adapt approach to client needs, contributing to a tailored experience.
• Convey Maison storytelling and knowledge of product categories.
• Assist in preparing client appointments.
• Coordinate with Sales Associates, Stockists, Cashiers and Boutique Assistants.
• Accompany clients to the door at departures.
• Uphold boutique policies and standards.
• Support replenishment of facilities and non-sellable materials.
• Support appointment setting and special projects.
