Le Graal Cortina, the newly named luxury hotel formerly Albergo Italia, invites a Chef de Partie to join a refined kitchen team in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The role focuses on assistive food preparation under the Chef de Partie, ensuring high standards of plate consistency and presentation.

Requirements include 1–2 years in a structured kitchen and basic culinary training. The job includes on-site accommodation in a staff house with mountain views and access to staff amenities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (1–2 years) in a structured kitchen, preferably in a high-end, fine dining restaurant.
• Basic culinary training or relevant certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie.
• Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and organized.
