Acne Studios is seeking a Full-time Client Advisor for our Serravalle Outlet Pop-up (4 month period). You will work with your team to deliver exceptional service, drive sales and foster loyal customer relationships throughout the client journey.

The role includes training in luxury sales and clienteling, welcoming customers, managing omni-channel services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store inventory and administrative procedures.

Competenze

• Previous customer-facing role in retail or hospitality.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Care for customers in-store and throughout the client cycle.
• Provide training and coaching in luxury sales and client experience.
• Manage omni-channel services and guide customers through the sales journey.
• Achieve sales, conversion and clienteling targets while maintaining inventory.
