Diesel is seeking Client Advisors for its Serravalle Outlet store. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience, storytelling, and building lasting client relationships to meet sales targets.

The team emphasizes a customer-centric approach, fashion knowledge, and a dynamic, inclusive work environment. Candidates should have sales experience, a passion for luxury retail, strong communication, and openness to new ways of working.

Competenze

Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in fashion luxury/retail.
Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to relocate; digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Act and think first of the client and their experience with in-depth knowledge of client desires.
Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience.
Be a master at storytelling and asking engaging questions.
Develop meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
