Diesel Store in Padova is seeking a Client Advisor on a part-time 24h basis to deliver exceptional in-store experiences for a premium casual fashion brand. You will engage clients, tell stories, understand needs, and build loyal relationships, driving individual and team sales targets.

The role requires a passion for retail and luxury, strong communication, and willingness to relocate if needed. Commissions on concession sales and development opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• Previous experience in sales is a plus
• Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus
• Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to relocate is a plus
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
• Competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution
