Stella McCartney is seeking an enthusiastic Client Style Advisor to join our new Noventa di Piave outlet. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, build brand loyalty, and drive store and brand KPIs while maintaining pristine product presentation.

The role requires fluent English and Italian, luxury retail experience, and a collaborative team mindset in a fast-paced environment at a premium outlet location.

Competenze

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Experience selling luxury fashion or in a high-end outlet.
• Strong communication abilities in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional service in the Noventa di Piave outlet to build loyalty to the store and brand.
• Meet daily, monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales techniques and clienteling.
• Open/close duties and maintain store standards, including product presentation and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and brand compliance.
• Maintain grooming standards and adhere to security, health and safety policies.
