OTB Group Venezia Store is seeking a Client Advisor with a passion for luxury retail to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and expert product storytelling. You will engage clients, nurture relationships, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and store procedures.

This full-time role offers commissions on concession sales, a generous employee discount, and development opportunities across Italy and abroad within the Diesel/OTB store network.

Competenze

• Previous experience in sales is a plus.
• Experience in Luxury/Retail fashion is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus.
• Digital literacy and openness to new ways of working.

• Act with the client experience at the center of every decision.
• Welcome and assist clients, providing an excellent in-store experience.
