Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managerial experience within structured fashion, luxury, or retail organizations; experience in an Outlet environment is a plus.
• Proven excellence in customer service skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Italian; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Digital mindset, with strong knowledge of MS Office and experience using payment and inventory management systems and tools.
