Rosewood Rome is seeking a Night Manager to lead the Night Front Office and Bellman teams, ensuring smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest service. You will work closely with senior leadership to uphold luxury standards and brand integrity throughout night operations.

Key responsibilities include team coaching, handling late arrivals and VIP requests, and coordinating with departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience, while maintaining security and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Night Front Office team for overnight operations.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development of the Night Team.
• Ensure seamless late arrivals and early departures with exceptional service.
• Handle special guest requests and urgent matters after Housekeeping hours.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and Valet to ensure a premium experience.
• Monitor reservations, night audit procedures, and financial reports for accuracy.
• Oversee billing follow-up and credit limits per hotel policy.
• Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information in PMS.
• Support recruitment and ensure staff adhere to grooming standards.
