Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen Department in Milan. You will ensure high-quality food production and uphold safety standards while guiding a team in a luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates possess a globally recognized culinary qualification, 3–5 years of hotel experience with supervisory duties, and a flexible schedule to cover all shifts, weekends and holidays. Employment is full-time with competitive benefits.
