Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Venice is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to empower the leadership team in delivering impeccable guest accommodations and public areas. The role focuses on supervising daily operations, guiding staff, and coordinating with Front Office and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness and exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily tasks, maintain high standards, and mentor colleagues to uphold Four Seasons quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel.
• Experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and allocate tasks to staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure VIP, Elite, and repeat guest preferences are met.
• Collaborate with Front Office to prioritize room readiness and with Engineering for maintenance.
• Manage inventory for linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
• Provide coaching and training to housekeeping colleagues.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate issues when needed.
