Minor Hotels Rome is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, greet them warmly, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure flawless dining experiences.

The role requires hospitality training, strong communication, knowledge of POS systems, and a passion for upselling guest experiences. Fluency in Italian and English is valued, with an emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel/food & beverage roles is valuable.
• Vocational training in hospitality or F&B is preferred.
• Fluency in Italian; English knowledge is valuable.
• Working knowledge of software programs including POS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and sales oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Gross salary starting from €22,414.
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and promote guest satisfaction.
• Welcome guests according to standards and take orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure timely service.
• Know the menu and upsell products and services.
• Deliver checks and process payments via POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and meeting rooms.
• Follow health department rules and customer service guidelines.
