Orient Express La Minerva in Rome, a five-star luxury hotel, seeks a Hostess to welcome guests and support the Food & Beverage team. You will ensure a warm, elegant reception, manage guest flow, and uphold the highest service standards from arrival through seating.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and service staff, you will help maintain impeccable guest experiences, assist with VIP guests, and contribute to a refined, memorable dining atmosphere at this landmark property.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and good command of English.
• Previous experience in hostess/front-of-house in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal right to work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests in a courteous, professional, and personalized manner.
• Coordinate reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to optimize table turnover.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager and service staff to ensure seamless service.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus, ensuring guest comfort and attention.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion and efficiency.
• Maintain reservation records and update guest information in the booking system.
• Assist in managing VIP guests and special occasions with personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant reception and entrance areas.
• Assist in handling guest feedback and escalate to management when needed.
• Adhere to hotel service standards and brand values.
