Anantara Hotels and Resorts in Amalfi is seeking a Cook to handle preliminary preparation, cooking and plating of high-quality dishes for guest experiences.

You will manage mise-en-place, ensure presentation and quality, and maintain FIFO stock control. Maintain a clean workstation and follow HACCP guidelines while supporting team targets. Fluency in the local language is required; English is valuable.

Competenze

• 1–2 years' experience as Kitchen Assistant, preferably in a hotel of similar size.
• Vocational training in hospitality/F&B/kitchen.
• Fluency in local language; English knowledge valuable.
• Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Prepare mise-en-place for each service and organize work to minimize losses.
• Ensure presentation, quantity and quality of each dish according to standards.
• Check storage, rotate stock (FIFO) and maintain high quality of food items.
• Receive, store and organize products for service.
• Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized workstation.
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
• Support the team to reach departmental targets and uphold guidelines (HACCP).
