Loro Piana Montenapoleone flagship store offers an internship to support daily sales activities and deliver a customer experience aligned with the brand values. This role provides hands-on luxury retail experience, developing relational and organizational abilities in a premium environment.

The internship focuses on learning in sales, stock management, and events, with exposure to high-end customer service and brand standards.

Competenze

• Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, or related fields.
• Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
• Good command of Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Availability of working in shifts, including weekends.

Position

Within the Loro Piana Montenapoleone flagship store, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the daily management of sales activities and in providing a customer experience aligned with the brand’s values. This internship represents a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the world of high-end retail, acquiring skills in the luxury sector and developing relational and organizational abilities.
