Loro Piana Montenapoleone flagship store offers an internship to support daily sales activities and deliver a customer experience aligned with the brand values. This role provides hands-on luxury retail experience, developing relational and organizational abilities in a premium environment.

The internship focuses on learning in sales, stock management, and events, with exposure to high-end customer service and brand standards.

Competenze

• Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, or related fields.
• Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
• Good command of Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Availability of working in shifts, including weekends.

Mansioni

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the boutique.
• Supporting the sales process and post-sales activities.
• Contributing to maintaining the store’s image according to Loro Piana standards.
• Managing stock, visual merchandising, and back-office tasks.
• Assisting in the preparation and management of in-store events.
