Four Seasons Hotel Venice is seeking a Digital Concierge to deliver seamless, personalized guest service through digital channels. You will be the front line for guest engagement, coordinating reservations and experiences via the resort's digital ecosystem.

Join a luxury hospitality team and help create memorable stays by combining warmth, human connection and technology across messaging, app and CRM platforms. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Competenze

• Experience in guest services, reservations, concierge or customer support.
• Excellent written communication across digital channels.
• High digital literacy with hotel systems, CRMs and apps.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage guest inquiries via email, live chat and Four Seasons digital platforms.
• Act as the primary contact for app users, handling bookings and updates.
• Coordinate dining, spa, transportation and activity reservations online.
• Log requests and preferences into digital systems for personalization.
• Offer tailored recommendations for on-property experiences and attractions.
• Support pre-arrival engagement with room upgrades and guest preferences.
