The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Guest Personal Assistant to join The Mall Firenze on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role supports the Welcome Lounge team, ensuring a seamless client experience and tracking visits in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, recording travelers, handling requests, coordinating with partners, and promoting the collections while assisting with loyalty rewards and personal shopping when needed.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Additional languages (Chinese, Russian or Korean) are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and provide excellent service.
• Record travelers with digital tools.
• Handle email/phone requests; coordinate with Partnership Team.
• Coordinate with partners to meet service standards.
• Check mall image alignment with brand guidelines.
• Present and sell collections; collect sales and feedback.
• Invite clients to subscribe to loyalty program and manage rewards.
• Assist clients as a personal shopper on request.
