Job summary

BVLGARI in Florence is seeking a Client Advisor for a temporary opportunity from November to January. You will engage with customers and promote the brand, ensuring a luxurious shopping experience in line with Bulgari spirit.

You will maximise sales, manage CRM data, and support front-of-store operations, including greeting clients and handling after-sales while upholding VM guidelines and participating in networking events.

Qualifications

• Excellent selling skills.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of fine Jewellery & Watches is a plus.
• Passion for the brand.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunity from every store entrance.
• Act as Brand Ambassador promoting the brand inside and outside the Store; engage and network.
• Contribute to KPI achievement.
• Handle all clients/prospects entering the store for any purpose.
• Manage sales process from Welcome to Packaging.
