Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Groups Sales & Events Manager to lead groups, events sales and operations within the Events Department. Based in Milan, you report to the Hotel Manager and drive a luxury client experience through a service-led approach.

The role requires 5+ years in groups/events/catering and conference services, fluency in English and Italian, and a flexible, multitasking leader who can coordinate site visits, tailor offers, and manage Banquet Event Orders with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in groups, events, catering and conference services management
• Luxary hotel experience preferred
• Fluency in English and Italian required
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and handle multiple tasks

Responsabilités

• Lead groups and events sales and operations within the Events Department
• Conduct site visits and develop tailored offers for luxury clients
• Generate BEOs, Groups resumes and business correspondence
• Maintain an active trace system and data accuracy per MO policies
• Contract business with approved vendors and develop sales training for the team
